Duas for anxiety, worry, and grief
The Quran and Sunnah teach invocations for worry (hamm), grief, and distress. They do not replace human care when needed, but they are a solid spiritual recourse transmitted with authentic chains.
On DUA, the Comfort category mixes Hisn al-Muslim duas and Quranic verses (e.g. 2:286). Each text shows its reference.
Quran and Sunnah together
Some formulas come from hadiths (Hisn al-Muslim); others are verses recited as dua. DUA shows them side by side without inventing wording.
